VIDEO: Stop illegal beef imports into the US

Nicaraguan beef sold in global markets, including the US, is contributing to the destruction of tropical rainforests and human rights violations. Nicaragua’s supply chain is broken, with illegally raised cattle finding their way to USDA-approved slaughter houses. We call on American beef importers who are buying beef through these improper channels to demand better controls and adherence to the law.

PATROL Wins Spirit of Activism Award at Wild & Scenic Film Festival

PATROL claimed the Spirit of Activism Award at the Wild & Scenic Fim Festival, given in recognition of the team’s ongoing efforts to stop illegal cattle ranching and safeguard lives and protected rainforest in the Indio-Maiz Reserve.
